Most Roobet code failures have one of four causes: the account is older than 24 hours, a referrer is already set, the code was typed incorrectly, or the code is an expired promo code. Open Account Settings → General and look at the Referrer field. If it is blank and your account is under 24 hours old, re-enter BONUS26 carefully. If it already shows a code, the account has its one allowed referrer.

Error messages explained
“Code doesn’t exist”
Roobet’s help centre says this appears when a code is not in the system, either because it never existed (a typo) or because it has expired and been removed. For an affiliate code like BONUS26 the cause is almost always a typo: a stray space, a letter O for a zero, or a missing character. Copy the code from the card on this page rather than retyping it.
“Already redeemed” and similar wording
Two rules produce this. You cannot redeem the same promo code twice, and you cannot use more than one referral or affiliate code on an account. If you entered a friend’s username earlier, or a different site’s code, the slot is taken permanently.
Success message, but nothing visible
Roobet uses the same success message for promo, referral and affiliate codes. Confirmation that an affiliate code was recorded comes from the Referrer field in Account Settings, not from the message.
Timing problems: the 24-hour rule
Roobet’s Referrals Explained article states that a referrer must be set within the first 24 hours of account creation and that referral codes entered afterwards will not work. This is the single biggest cause of “not working” reports, because many people register, come back a few days later to deposit, and only then look for a code.
- The clock starts when the account is created, not at first login or first deposit.
- Roobet does not publish a grace period.
- Creating a new account to start the clock again breaches the one-account rule in Roobet’s terms.

Entry mistakes
- Wrong place. Codes go in the Redeem (promo) box opened from the menu, or in Account Settings → General → Referrer. Not in the cashier, not in chat.
- Extra characters. Pasting can include a trailing space or line break. Delete and re-type if in doubt.
- Similar characters. BONUS26 contains the letters B-O-N-U-S followed by the digits 2 and 6. Make sure the O is a letter and the 6 is a digit.
- Browser cache. Roobet’s help centre has articles on clearing cache and cookies for every major browser, which it recommends when the site behaves oddly. Try a hard refresh or a different browser before assuming the code is at fault.
Eligibility and regional blocks
A code cannot make an account valid if Roobet is not permitted to accept it. Roobet’s restricted regions list (updated 25 August 2026) includes Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus and 19 others, among them the United States and the United Kingdom. Individual game providers also block some titles in additional countries.
Roobet also requires players to be 18 or over and to hold one account only. Identity verification (Level 2) can be requested at any point and asks for a passport, driving licence or government ID.
Promo code specific problems
Promo codes posted on Roobet’s Telegram channel or dropped by streamers behave differently from affiliate codes:
- They have a limited number of claims. A code from a stream that ended an hour ago is probably exhausted.
- Depositor codes require a deposit or wagering within the past 7 days; non-depositor codes do not. Roobet does not publish the thresholds.
- Each promo code can be redeemed once per account.

“The code worked but I didn’t get anything”
This is usually an expectation problem rather than a fault. An affiliate code’s documented effect is a +20% Instant Rakeback boost for 72 hours. Rakeback accrues as you wager and is claimable every 30 minutes, so with no wagering there is nothing to see. The boost also does not stack with other boosts; only the highest active one applies. When and how to contact Roobet support
Contact support if, within the 24-hour window, the code is rejected for a reason you cannot identify, or if the Referrer field stays blank after a success message. Why is the Roobet code BONUS26 not working?

What does “code doesn’t exist” mean on Roobet?

Can Roobet support add my referral code after 24 hours?
